How to send feedback of a PDF the wrong way

A Monday facepalm moment:
  1. Receive a PDF
  2. Print it
  3. Read it and mark changes/error with a pencil
  4. Scan in the pages into a new PDF
  5. Send the scanned pages PDF as an e-mail attachment
No, that is definitely not how you are supposed to do it.
